Noor dates are partially dry, having a firm but chewy texture and are deliciously sweet in flavour. Dates are known to be rich in antioxidants, highly anti-inflamatory and have the ability to increase the production of insulin which makes it ideal for diabetics.  Use them as a sugar replacement in smoothies or baking as well for a sweet healthy snack.
